Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville - Music City Center

The experience at Comfort Inn Music City Center had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic for exploring Nashville, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with issues such as hairs on the bathroom floor and an overall outdated feel. The breakfast was just okay, too.

The rooms were well priced and brand-new with comfortable bed. The hotel was in an incredible location, by an outdoor sidewalk with cars parked right up to the sidewalk.

Lots of great food for meals.

We had a fun stay and would be happy to recommend it to all. Appreciated how beautifully kept and overall very nice the property was. The staff was very professional, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The room was a nice size and well-kept and included a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators.

The location was fantastic, just a hop, skip, and a jump from downtown attractions-walking was like a warm-up for my dance moves at the honky-tonks! The breakfast was a glorious feast, featuring made-to-order omelets that were fluffier than a cloud on a sunny day.

The room had air conditioning, a microwave, and a private bathroom with a powerful shower. Breakfast featured made-to-order omelets and fresh fruits. The fitness center was well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a 15-minute walk from downtown attractions like honky-tonk bars. Staff were genuinely nice and accommodating throughout the stay.

We loved the hotel and Nashville, had 3 very nice days there. King room included coffee and tea making facilities, a dining area, and a sitting area. The continental breakfast was delicious and had plenty of meals.

The room was clean, but the shower pressure was quite weak.

Location

The room smelled like burned popcorn. I returned to my room after working till 5pm and it had not been cleaned. The housekeeper knocked on my door several minutes later, at 5:15pm, and asked if I needed anything. A little late for her services. She scowled at me and I just asked for another bar of soap and closed the door.

Room decor feels outdated!!! Unpleasant odors noted in the hallways and rooms!!! Limited parking availability creates frustration with vehicles!!!
